PAINmate uses TENS technology in a portable, discreet, wire-free device to provide fast, targeted pain relief. It is ideal for back, shoulder, knee, hip and musculoskeletal pain.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) works by emitting a controlled micro-electronic current through the skin to block pain signals from reaching the body's pain centre, a technology used for more than 30 years by pain doctors, physical therapists and other professionals. PAINmate is odour, drug and latex free, with no wires, 15 intensity levels, 20 minute treatments with auto shut-off, and up to 50 uses before the battery or gel pads need replacing. A portable carry case is included.

Directions:
Press and hold the (+) button for 3 seconds to power the unit on. Press the (+) button again to activate the device, continuing to press it until you feel the impulses, then use the (+/-) buttons to adjust the intensity across 15 levels. The device automatically powers off after 20 minutes, or press and hold the (-) button for 3 seconds to power off.

Warnings:
Do not use if you have a pacemaker, metal implant, insulin pump or other implant, cardiac arrhythmia or other heart disorder, are pregnant or menstruating, have a seizure disorder, gout, cancer, or certain skin conditions. Do not place on the head, chest or front and sides of the neck. This unit should never be used to relieve undiagnosed pain; consult your doctor before treating any symptoms of pain.
