Ostelin Calcium & Vitamin D3 + Turmeric is a triple action chewable supplement for joint, muscle and bone support. Turmeric is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory action, to relieve mild joint pain or soreness, and for its antioxidant action.

Calcium and vitamin D3 in the same tablet support muscle function in adults, along with bone health and strength as part of general health and wellbeing.

Directions:
Adults: take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Curcuma longa dry rhizome extract 77.5mg (turmeric), Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) and Calcium (from calcium carbonate). No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners or dairy products. Contains sulfites.

Warnings:
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. In very rare cases, Curcuma species may affect the liver; stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
