Directions:
Adults: Two sachets (4g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. Add the powder of two sachets to a glass with 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir until mixed. Consume immediately.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per 2g sachet: Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine) 1g, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 180mg, Colloidal anhydrous silica 50mg equivalent to Silicon 23.4mg, Glycine 698mg.
