Each effervescent tablet combines caffeine, guarana and B-vitamins including Thiamine and Nicotinamide, to help maintain physical endurance and mental focus. Each tablet is dissolved in a glass of water. It contains no added dairy, lactose, yeast, gluten or preservatives.

Adults: Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water. Recommended dose is 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Each tablet provides guarana seed extract equivalent to 400mg of dry seed, Thiamine and Nicotinamide, totalling 100mg of caffeine and 390mg of sodium per tablet. Contains sucralose.

Warnings:
Do not swallow whole. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Adults only. Contains 100 mg of caffeine per tablet; a cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
