Hydralyte Fruity Bliss Multi-Flavour Electrolyte Powder helps relieve the symptoms of dehydration and replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise or occasional hangovers.

This multi-flavour pack contains a mix of Watermelon, Orange and Passionfruit sachets, and is suitable for paediatric use and for use during pregnancy. It is Kosher certified, with no added gluten, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions:
Fill a cup with 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water, empty the contents of one sachet into the water and stir until dissolved. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks.

Ingredients:
Each sachet (4.9g) contains a blend of Glucose, Citric Acid, Sodium (from Sodium chloride) and Potassium (from Potassium citrate), with no added gluten, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Warnings:
Each dose contains 159mg of potassium and 206mg of sodium per 200mL dose. If vomiting or diarrhoea persists, seek medical advice within the timeframe recommended for your age group, up to 48 hours for children over 6 years and adults. Store below 300C and keep out of reach of children.
