Directions:
Person in bed: with the person on their side, fit the brief into the groin with the tape section at the back, then expand and smooth the back before rolling the person onto their back; expand and smooth the front, bring each side over and fasten the bottom tapes pointing upwards, then the top tapes pointing downwards. Person standing: fit the brief snugly into the crotch with the tape section at the back, pull up the back then front section and smooth, then fasten the tapes as above. The brief is dry when the blue patterned wetness indicator is visible; change it when the indicator two thirds disappears.
