Directions:
Adults take 2 tablets daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients:
Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 600mg, colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 5.875mcg (235IU), menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 13.5mcg, magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 75mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 15mg, zinc (as zinc oxide) 7.5mg, copper (as cupric sulfate) 0.55mg, manganese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 1.75mg.
