Synx Synxgeli Heel Cushions are gel heel cushions made from polyurethane (PU) gel, specifically designed to cushion, protect and relieve the heel and Achilles by providing shock absorption as the heel strikes the ground. This is the Small size.

The contoured arch pad is designed to help reduce impact, and the slim design is shaped to fit a wider range of shoes and sporting boots. The protective, antimicrobial covering is designed to help improve comfort and reduce sweating and slipping.

Directions:
Place the heel cushion in the heel area at the rear of the inside of the shoe, with the black side facing up. The longer side of the heel cushion should sit on the inside of the shoe. Each cushion is marked L or R on the base to show which side it belongs on.
