Directions:
Ensure the area around the mouth and lips is clean and dry; do not apply if there is damaged or broken skin. Gently pull the tape apart and peel off the backing paper. Keeping the mouth closed, place the tape over the middle of the lips and pat gently for a secure fit.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are under 18, have nasal breathing difficulties, are obese with a BMI over 35, have very low blood pressure, have severe heart or breathing issues, are experiencing a cold, sinus, asthma or ear infection, have broken or chapped skin on or around the mouth, or have consumed alcohol or sedatives. Not to be used as a treatment for a sleep disorder without direction from a medical professional. Take care when removing the tape to avoid skin damage or irritation. Adhesive performance may be affected by facial oils, creams or moisture.
