Thermoskin Sport Ankle Brace uses figure 8 straps that simulate the effects of professional taping to help lock the ankle in a protected position during physical activity. This is the Medium size, in black.

Helps to minimise ankle rolling and ankle sprains during activity. Support level: Stabilising.

Directions:
To be worn over a sock. Hold the brace on either side and pull it over your foot like a shoe, feeding the laces through each eyelet and tying them at the top. Pull the medial (inside) strap across the upper foot until comfortably snug and secure the fastener on the outside of the ankle. Pull the lateral (outside) strap across the mid foot until comfortably snug and secure the fastener on the inside of the ankle, then re-adjust both straps as needed. Finally, wrap the top elastic strap horizontally around the ankle to cover the laces and secure the figure 8 straps in position.

Ingredients:
Nylon. Does not contain latex.

Do not wear within the first 72 hours following an acute injury. Do not wear whilst sleeping. This product contains a synthetic fibre, which may cause allergic reactions.
