Directions:
Open the sachet and remove the warmer. Shake to activate. Do not open the outer package until ready to use. The heat lasts up to 10 hours. If heat decreases, expose the warmer to air and shake.

Ingredients:
Iron Powder, Water, Activated Charcoal, Vermiculate, Salt.

Warnings:
Burn hazard, including low temperature burns from extended contact. Immediately remove the warmer if it is too hot or uncomfortable, and check your skin around once an hour. Do not use on any part of the body other than the palms, while sleeping, with other heating devices, in a pants pocket, or for longer than stated.
