Directions:
Open the sachet and remove the warmer without shaking. Do not open the outer package until ready to use. Peel away the paper backing and adhere the warmer to the outside of clothing. The heat lasts up to 10 hours.

Ingredients:
Iron Powder, Water, Activated Charcoal, Vermiculate, Salt.

Warnings:
Burn hazard. Direct skin contact should only occur on the palms of the hand; do not apply directly to skin on any other part of the body. Do not use on the same place for an extended period, while sleeping, or with other heating devices. Remove if it becomes uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children. Not for use on infants or those who cannot remove the warmer themselves.
