Deep Heat Muscular Pain Heat Patches are air-activated heat patches that begin warming within 60 seconds and stay warm for up to 8 hours, giving targeted, temporary relief from muscular aches and pains, back pain, joint pain and sports-related sprains and strains.

The heat works by increasing blood flow to the affected area, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to support the healing process and help restore movement. Each patch measures 13cm x 9.5cm and is thin, odourless and comfortable to wear, so it can be worn discreetly under clothing for all-day relief. This pack contains 2 patches.

Directions:
Single use only. Apply to clean, dry skin. Tear open the packet and remove the protective film, then apply the adhesive side of the patch to the affected area. On delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing instead. Do not bandage over the patch. Store in a cool, dry place.

Warnings:
For external use only. Not suitable for children 10 years and under. Heat patches can cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Do not use with additional heat sources, while sleeping, or on skin that is sensitive, irritated or broken. If symptoms persist or irritation occurs, stop use and consult your health professional.
