Deep Heat Period Pain Heat Patches provide therapeutic heat for menstrual cramps, period pain and muscle pain in the abdomen and lower back. Each air-activated patch starts activating within 1 minute, with heating beginning within 5 minutes, and provides up to 12 hours of heat therapy.

The oval-shaped, 13cm x 9.5cm patches are odourless and designed to be applied to clothing rather than directly to the skin, and can also be used on other joint or muscle areas. This pack contains 3 single-use patches for discreet wear at work, at social occasions or for everyday use.

Directions:
Open only when ready to use, as the product is air activated. Tear open the plastic packet and remove the protective film from the patch, then apply to the affected area with the adhesive side facing clothing. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. Each patch is for single use only.

Warnings:
Do not apply directly to the skin; use over light clothing such as a tee shirt. Not to be applied before sleeping, or used with other heating agents such as hot water bottles, or under bandages or tight-fitting clothing. Do not use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period, on the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises or swelling, or on infants, children or anyone unable to remove the patch on their own.
