Deep Heat Neck & Joint Heat Patches activate from 60 seconds and stay warm for up to 8 hours, providing targeted, temporary relief from neck tension, upper back pain, shoulder pain and joint stiffness.

The heat works by increasing blood flow to the affected area, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to support the healing process and restore movement. Each patch has a contoured shape that wraps easily around the neck and shoulders, is thin, odourless and comfortable to wear, and measures 20cm. This pack contains 2 patches.

Directions:
For single use only. Apply to clean, dry skin. Tear open the packet and remove the protective film, then apply the adhesive side of the patch to the affected area. On delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing instead. Do not bandage over the patch. Store in a cool, dry place.

Warnings:
For external use only. Not suitable for children 10 years and under. Do not use on individuals who cannot remove the patch themselves, over medication applied to the skin, with additional heat sources, while sleeping, or on skin that is sensitive, irritated or broken. Do not use if you are allergic to plaster adhesives.
