Deep Heat Back Pain Extra Large Heat Patches activate from 60 seconds and measure 26.5cm x 9.5cm, sized for larger muscle groups or joints. They are odourless, self-adhesive and suited to back pain, muscle pain and stiffness, joint stiffness, strains and sprains.

The patches provide up to 8 hours of pain relief by increasing blood flow to the affected area, helping to restore movement. They are thin, self-adhesive and comfortable, offering discreet, all-day relief.

Directions:
Use on clean, dry skin. Tear open the plastic packet and remove the protective film. The patch activates in 60 seconds and remains warm for up to 8 hours. Apply the adhesive side to the skin, and peel off slowly to remove. For delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing instead. On flexible joints, use dressing tape to hold the patch in place. Do not bandage over the patch. This product is single use and air activated; only open when ready to use. Store below 300C.

Warnings:
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children; not suitable for children 10 years and under. Do not use on individuals who cannot remove the patch themselves, over medication applied to the skin, or in conjunction with additional heat sources. Do not use while sleeping, with prolonged pressure against the patch, or on skin that is sensitive, irritated or broken. Do not use more than one patch on the same area within 24 hours. Do not ingest, reheat, cut, massage, fold or wet the patch, or use if it is damaged or torn, or if you are allergic to plaster adhesives.
