Metsal Heat Rub Cream provides temporary relief of pain associated with sprains and strains, arthritis and rheumatism, and lumbago and fibrositis.

The cream is non-greasy, invisible and non-staining, and penetrates the skin to provide pain relief without needing vigorous rubbing.

Gently smooth a small quantity into the skin 2-3 times a day. It can also be applied before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, and muscle and joint pain.

Directions:
Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2-3 times a day; vigorous rubbing is not required. For sport, apply before, during and after activity to relieve sprains, strains and muscle and joint pain. For an injury, rest the area for at least 48-72 hours, apply ice for 20 minutes every 2 hours, compress with a bandage and elevate; apply Metsal once the swelling has subsided.

Ingredients:
Each gram contains Methyl Salicylate 283mg, Eucalyptus Oil 88mg and Menthol 20mg.

Warnings:
Do not use on children under 2 years of age or if past the expiry date. For external use only; keep away from eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions. Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles or bandages. If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your doctor or pharmacist.
