Magnoplasm Splintex is a drawing gel that helps remove splinters, thorns and other foreign bodies from under the skin by osmosis. It is also ideal for treating ingrown hairs. Easy to apply with a pain-free treatment, it is suitable for kids, families, gardeners and tradespeople and is an essential addition to any first aid kit.
The gel provides a pain-free, fuss-free alternative to traditional splinter removal methods. Spread a 5mm thick layer onto a non-adhesive dressing and apply to the affected area, then cover with a bandage and change after 12-24 hours, repeating the process if necessary. Wash hands after use.
