Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine & Headache Sheets are soft, hydro-cooling gel sheets that give immediate, soothing relief from the discomfort of migraine and headaches. Once applied, they provide a gentle, continuous cooling effect for up to 8 hours to help you through an episode.

Non-medicinal, the sheets can be used together with pain medication for extra relief, and are safe to use during pregnancy. For best results, apply at the first signs of a migraine or headache.

Directions:
Take one soft gel sheet, remove the transparent film and place on the forehead or back of the neck. Cut the sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary. Does not stick to hair, eyebrows or wet skin. Single use only, for hygiene and effectiveness; re-application will make the sheet less adhesive.

Water soluble polymer, Paraben, Menthol.
