Ice Spray works rapidly, delivering an instant burst of cooling pain relief to the affected or swollen area. It brings fast, temporary relief from sprains, strains, back pain, and muscle and joint pain, and can be used during or immediately after exercise.

The convenient spray format is easy and clean to use, with no mess, and is non-greasy and does not stain clothes. It is suited to everyday relief and can be used daily as necessary, including for sports injuries, bumps, swelling, backache, neck and shoulder pain, and delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

Directions:
Shake the can before use. Spray 15cm from the affected area with 2-3 short bursts. Wash hands after use. Repeat up to 3 times per day. Store below 250C.

Propellant: Hydrocarbon.

Warnings:
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin, in or near the eyes, or on children under 6 years. Ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, or have a skin condition or poor circulation. Do not inhale the spray. Extremely flammable: keep away from sources of ignition and do not spray on a naked flame.
