Directions:
Remove the patch from the sachet and peel away the protective film. Attach the adhesive side of the patch to clothing over the lower abdomen or back, ensuring it does not touch the skin directly. The patch becomes hot once exposed to air. Do not open the sachet until you are ready to apply the patch. After use, slowly peel off the patch and dispose of it.

Iron Powder, Water, Activated charcoal.

Warnings:
Do not apply the patch directly to the skin. Check the condition of your skin every hour and discontinue use immediately if any abnormality is observed. Stop using the patch if it feels uncomfortably hot. Do not use while sleeping, with other heating equipment, or with pressure on the patch.
