Bodichek Hot/Cold Wheat Pack is a rectangular wheat pack measuring 25 x 15cm, microwavable and freezable to provide both hot and cold therapy for aches, pains, injuries and burns.

It is filled with Australian wheat, conforms easily to the body's contours, and is made from high quality, durable cotton fabric. It soothes simply and naturally to assist the healing process, and is available in a variety of colours and sizes.

To heat, flatten the pack and microwave it according to the heating guide provided, allowing it to cool before reheating; to cool, place it in a plastic bag in the freezer for four hours.
