Bodichek Gel X Comfort Heat/Cold Pack is a large gel pack measuring 18x28cm, used for both hot and cold applications to provide relief from pain, soreness or swelling.

A patented hexagonal internal silicone frame evenly traps the gel to maintain its shape and distribute consistent temperature, with a soft fleece side for sensitive skin and a durable canvas side for extreme temperature variations.
