Cutimed Sorbact Contact is a sterile wound dressing with an antimicrobial effect, supplied in a 40 pack at 4cm x 6cm. It is a DACC-coated, non-absorbent wound contact layer based on Sorbact Technology that binds bacteria and fungi, allowing wound exudate to pass through into a secondary dressing.

It can also be used with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) as a liner or wound filler, as part of a wound management routine directed by a healthcare professional.

Directions:
Prepare the wound and surrounding skin as directed, then select an appropriately sized dressing. Remove it from the peel pouch using an aseptic technique and apply in direct contact with the wound surface. In deeper wounds it can be unfolded and used as a liner or wound filler. Cover with a secondary dressing suited to the exudate level, and change according to clinical guidance.
