Soodox Organic Frankincense Oil is a 100% pure and natural, therapeutic grade, cosmos organic oil for face, body and aromatherapy use, with a sweet, spicy, balsamic, woody aroma of mild to medium strength.
It can be used for steam inhalation, in massage to help relieve sore, tense muscles, on the skin to help with irritations, or added to a diffuser as part of a yoga or meditation practice.

Directions:
For steam inhalation, add a few drops to hot water and inhale. For muscle tightness, massage into the affected area. Add a couple of drops to a diffuser, or to a carrier oil first before applying to skin irritations.
