Directions:
Make sure hands are clean before and after use. To unwrap, hold either side of the dotted line and twist sharply in opposite directions, then pull the string so it hangs down before removing the rest of the wrapper. Hold the tampon by the string to insert, leaving the string outside the body, and pull gently on the string to remove. Dispose of in a bin; do not flush.

100% elemental chlorine free bleached rayon, polyethylene/polyester cover, rayon/polyester string.
