Directions:
Avoid bathing, alcohol, caffeine, smoking, exercise and eating for 30 minutes before a measurement, and rest for at least 5 minutes beforehand. Sit upright with legs uncrossed and feet flat, your back and arm supported. Put your arm through the wrist cuff loop with your palm facing upward, making sure the cuff does not cover the wrist bone. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is level with your heart, remain still and do not talk, then press the start/stop button.
