Directions:
Wash hands before using the breast discs. Open the sterile packet and remove the protective backing from the disc, then gently place the protected side on the affected skin. Before breastfeeding, remove the discs from your nipples and place on a clean surface; gently wash nipples with lukewarm water and pat dry, then start breastfeeding and reapply the discs after. Replace discs daily, more frequently if there is excessive milk leakage.
