Directions:
Wash hands prior to use. Apply a few drops onto the palm of your hands and gently massage the breast with circular movements towards the nipple. There is no need to remove it before breastfeeding or pumping. Reapply if necessary. When the breast is full and tender and milk is reluctant to flow, stroking or massaging the breast helps to trigger the milk ejection (let-down reflex).
