Weleda Nursing Tea is a refreshing organic tea with fenugreek, anise, fennel, caraway and lemon verbena for breastfeeding mothers, developed together with midwives and pharmacists.

Up to three cups a day support fluid balance and natural milk flow. The tea is sugarfree, has no added flavouring, and comes as 20 individually wrapped sachets for freshness in a handy box.

Directions:
Use one teabag per 200mL of freshly boiled water and leave to brew for 5 minutes. Up to three cups a day are recommended throughout the whole nursing period.

Ingredients:
Each 2g teabag contains dried fenugreek seed 500mg, anise seed 400mg, fennel seed 400mg, caraway seed 400mg and lemon verbena leaves 300mg, certified organic.
