Dr. LeWinn's Private Formula Refining Toner is an alcohol-free, pH-balancing toner that gently clarifies and provides deep hydration to promote glowing, healthy-looking skin.

Formulated with a hydrating blend of Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide and Vitamin C, it is dermatologist approved, dermatologically tested, and suitable for sensitive skin and all skin types.

Directions:
Spray onto a cotton pad and wipe over the face, or spray directly onto the face avoiding the eye area, paying special attention to the T-zone. Use morning and night.

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Niacinamide (Vit. B3), Polysorbate 20, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate.
