Breast-fed infants under 4.5kg take one dose, mixed with 5mL cooled boiled water to a smooth paste plus a further 10mL water, given after each feed. Bottle-fed infants under 4.5kg have one dose mixed into at least 115mL of each bottle feed and shaken well; over 4.5kg, two doses into at least 225mL.
