Put the mouthpiece between the lips to make an airtight seal, keeping a firm grasp so the spacer stays fully expanded. Depress the inhaler and take a slow, deep breath, holding for 5 to 10 seconds. Wait at least one minute before repeating, using only one dose at a time.
